The early days of CLiC-iT ADVENTURE
Developed in 2011, the CLiC-iT ADVENTURE, interactive continuous belay system meets a safety need identified by Thierry Dehondt, founder and CEO of CLiC-iT.
“While on an adventure course, trying to help a child who was stuck, I found myself in a dangerous situation. Then I imagined my children completely detached from the safety cable, 25 meters up in a tree… I started spending all my evenings and weekends looking for a solution to this problem!” ”
Many hours, days and months followed to develop the first interactive lanyard: when you open one connector, the other locks automatically.
CLiC-iT ADVENTURE evolution
Thanks to your feedback, we have been able to propose improvements that are best adapted to the reality of use in the park. The CLiC-iT ADVENTURE and its components are constantly rethought and developed by our teams to optimize its use and durability. This has led us to create several versions of the CLiC-iT over the years.
